A quick beauty when really you can t be asked to do anything elaborate or want to use up some left overs

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts – chopped up recklessly
100ml oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce or more if you like a stonger flavour
1 cloves garlic mashed to oblivion or just crunched with the side of a knife
1 large onion, diced and chopped and basically, well blimy you know how to chop a onion dont you?
a touch of water
Some black pepper and also add a few Chilli flakes for a bit of heat
Bits of broccoli and/or carrots sliced using a potato pealer

Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: 25 minutes
Listen this is easy: brown off your onions and garlic, lob in your chicken, brown that then turn down the heat whilst you add in everything else, cook on medium heat for a bit and thats kind of it, maybe add the water to stop burning – lovely with rice or noodles
